It was a warm day in 2024, when Jim & Kelli Johnson decided to start their own shaved ice business in Tampa Bay where Jim was born and raised. The business was launched and quickly took off. After 12 years as an educator in Hillsborough County, Jim resigned from his position to work on his mobile, snow cone business on a full-time basis.
